The base of the frame shall consist of structural steel tubing, comprising of 120 X 60 X 3 mm, 100 X 50 X 3 mm , 50 X 50 X 3 mm square tubing, and formed sheet metal parts welded together to form a rectangle. The base supports two structural steel columns consisting of 100 X 50 X 5mm, 40 X 40 X 5 mm steel tubes welded together. The columns are supported on hinges with Ø 40 mm shaft at bearing ends on the base. On the columns is supported the Overhang beam of 125 X 125 X 5 mm tube holding the backboard. The overhang beam shall have an extension of 3200 mm from the front base pad to the front of the backboard glass. The unit will come preassembled with 600 kg of ballast weight. 2 heavy-duty swivel casters with 150 X 50 mm nylon wheel, 6 no’s at back side and 4 no’s on front side.

Folding:-

Padding: –

All base side padding shall be a minimum of 3” thick foam. Standard padding color shall be Blue.

Frame: –

Steel Powder Coated with built in brackets for mounting. Transparent Acrylic board size 1800 X 1050 X 25 mm.

Dunking Ring: –

Dunking Ring with three Spring Mechanism , powder coated as per International Standard.
